North American Union has Police?

Today I was emailed a video showing what appeared to be a private security company arriving to assist in crowd control efforts by local Los Angeles police. The protest appears to have been directed toward former Mexican President Vicente Fox’s visit. The youtube video has this posted in the comments section.
IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Los Angeles CA, Protesters in Lynnwood CA; Never before has this occurred. Minutemen and Mexican Nationals join forces to condemn former Mexican president Fox. Secret unmarked police showed up with North American Union patches on their shoulders and 9MM hand guns on their sides.
The claim on the video and the youtube description is that these private security guards were police for the NAU (North American Union). With exception to the globe emblem on the patch showing North and South American Continents, I see no evidence of this being true. However, it wouldn’t surprise me at this point. Honestly, I do not believe this is true. It appears to simply be a private company such as Blackwater which may service North and South American. It is likely a company hired by Vicente Fox himself. One thing that did catch my eye is that on the patch there is also the words “Command Center”. I found no private security company named “Command Center” but I did recall an article from CNN that talked about a US Government “Command Center” that will help keep better tabs on private security companies. http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/10/22/blackwater.state.review/
I remember thinking at the time that the “Command Center” will probably do the opposite, it will keep the people from knowing who they are and what they are up to, hence keeping companies like Blackwater out from under the magnifying glass of public scrutiny. I mean, if you are going to hire mercenaries to do your dirty work, you might want to prevent them from bing on the 6 o’clock news. Not sure if I nailed it, but I would not be surprised if this is the new U.S. Government supplied uniforms for all our private mercenaries. I am wondering if this is what the patch is all about. No way to know now, but I will keep my eye on it.

This article caught my eye just before I was heading off to bed and I had to post it. If the subtitle “$1 bill conspiracy theories put to rest?” does not give make you chuckle and roll your eyes, maybe this will,

Oh Brother! It never ceases to amaze me how reporters can write an opinion piece as if it is the final word regardless to how many significantly more intelligent people have argued to the contrary. Yet, they never stop to question how ignoramuses like them were given that permission to publish and why.
I will get into the symbolism in the dollar bill in the future but for now let me share a few bits of info, the “unfinished” pyramid as it is masonic, predates the United States and has been said to be of Masonic origin by Freemasonry. Below is a section taken out of “New Age” magazine, a masonic publication which states that the symbolism on the dollar is in fact Masonic.

Today, more than 23,000 representatives of private industry are working quietly with the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. The members of this rapidly growing group, called InfraGard, receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does—and, at least on one occasion, before elected officials. In return, they provide information to the government, which alarms the ACLU. But there may be more to it than that. One business executive, who showed me his InfraGard card, told me they have permission to “shoot to kill” in the event of martial law.
InfraGard is “a child of the FBI,” says Michael Hershman, the chairman of the advisory board of the InfraGard National Members Alliance and CEO of the Fairfax Group, an international consulting firm.
