Let me not misrepresent this site as I feel that it should reflect the values in the URL, especially that of truth. Do I think there is a conspiracy? Absolutely. There are conspiracies going on around us all the time especially in politics. I choose to use the word agenda because a conspiracy implies that men are consciously making a plan to do something illegal. The visual I get when I hear the word “conspiracy” is men sitting in a smoke filled room contemplating the future of the world but this is quite an exaggeration in my opinion. Is it ridiculous or paranoid to think that people want to unite efforts in order to produce the kind of world they want? Absolutely not. You have Neo-Conservative agendas, Corporate Agendas, Gay Agendas, Christian Agendas and so on. Agendas exist everywhere. It’s a fact that is worthless to deny. There are always people plotting, planning and taking action in order to fulfill their particular vision. The question and the real essence of this podcast is to answer the question, What are the agendas of these groups?
Ok, I know your wondering. What does Freemasonry have to do with this? Well, let me explain. What I have experienced with Freemasonry is that an underlining dogma, such as that I expressed during the podcast interview with Greg Stewart, does exist. It goes without saying that many very prominent men in society have been Freemasons. One just need go to http://www.masonicinfo.com/famous.htm and read through the list to realize this. So why is this important? If you have prominent and powerful members of society who are involved in an organization like Freemasonry, it isn’t ridiculous to think that the dogma that exists within the organization (rather endorsed or not) could have effected them and influenced society at large. Well, I think so anyway. Where is that effect, how has it been effected and rather it is good or bad is one aspect of this site.
I have no desire to slander Freemasons because many of the neatest people I have ever talked to have been members. I am not apposed to the values, the fraternal aspects nor the religious ideals taught there because there have been points in the past 7 years that I desired to join. Finally, I do have religious differences and personal dogma but I believe and respect other ideas. The only reason I am making a topic of Freemasonry on this site is because I believe the idealism of Utopian society is a product of particular beliefs that I will be showing to have links to concepts espoused by masonic thinkers. Like Greg asked during the interview, is it a masonic conspiracy? The answer is no, I don’t think so. However I am not close minded to the possibility because the mere existence of the Illuminati shows it’s possible. Now, I know Freemasons hate this topic but I think it is pretty ridiculous not to acknowledge such a possibility. To be fair, I also think it is ridiculous to insist that such an organization exists without ample proof. No, the symbol on the dollar doesn’t count.
Hopefully this clears up where I am coming from. So, Am I anti-mason as one has suggested? If I criticize politicians, legislation and the legal process am I anti-American? I don’t think I am but I suppose that is up to you to decide. It is only fair that I let you all know where I am coming from as I continue to discuss the topics that have molded my world view. Freemasonry is certainly one of the things that has molded my world view.
